Cinco de Mayo Desserts
What a way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo—by learning how to make classic Latin desserts! In this hands-on class, recipes will include Tres Leches Cake, Mexican Wedding Cookies, Creamy Flan, Cinnamon Churros with Chocolate Sauce and Chocolate-Ancho Chile Cake. There will be plenty of sampling and treats to take home at the end of class!

Perfect Tarts and Tartlettes
Yes, you can bake tarts that look like they belong in the window of a French patisserie! Come learn the secrets pastry chefs use to create perfect tarts, individual tartlettes, and petits-fours sized minis. We’ll start with a never-fail crust and add creamy fillings with seasonal fruits--and of course there will be chocolate! Save room for dessert because we taste all creations at the end of class.
